In 2025 Tim became the new President of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Western Massachusetts.
Timothy is the proud owner of TR Wells Custom Framers, a wood framing subcontractor he founded in 2005. His company specializes in high-quality residential and commercial framing projects, including expert window installations.
A dedicated HBRAWM member for over 17 years, Tim has been an active force in the association, serving on the Scholarship and Relocation Committees, working as a Home Show Ambassador, and contributing his leadership on the Board of Directors.
Tim is passionate about the association’s advocacy efforts and values the strong networking opportunities it brings to industry professionals.
Outside of HBRAWM, he serves as a corporator for Adams Community Bank and enjoys quality time with his wife Kim and their three children: Ethan, Kathryn, and Abigail.
