We were chosen as the framing subcontractor for this 40 unit housing for the elderly in Williamstown, Massachusetts. The 45,000 square foot building was entirely framed in wood and had to pass stringent air tests in order to achieve a stretch code designation for grant considerations. New advanced framing techniques were used to achieve these strict insulation standards.
