Wells Custom Framers was hired to frame a new guest house on a property located in Southern Berkshire County, MA where we had previously framed a 7,000 square foot home. We work in all kinds of weather, snow is never a deterrent!



Insurance Roof Replacement From Fire Project: We were hired to remove what was left of a roof after a fire and replace it with a new one.



Home Renovation Project: Wells Custom Framers was subcontracted to frame, sheath and wrap a home, studio and garage in the Green Mountains of Vermont less than a mile to Stratton Ski Resort.



Stair Replacement Project: We were hired to do an insurance job for a residence, in Pittsfield, MA replacing stairs that had been damaged by a car. All new steps and metal railings.




3,000 Square Foot Home Framing Project: Wells Custom Framers has been chosen as the sub contractor on a 3,000 square foot home being built in the hills of NW Connecticut. Wells will be doing all the framing of the house from outside plywood to interior walls, floor to roof.



Commercial Restaurant Framing Project: Wells Custom Framers was hired to frame a new Chipolata Restaurant in Portsmouth, NH.



Pipe burst renovation Project: In one of our latest home projects, this homeowner had a pipe burst on the second floor, and we did a complete 1st floor renovation. Sanding and refinishing stairs and floors on second floor. No matter what the job - we got you.



Middlefield Roof Project: New roof on a raised ranch & garage in Middlefield, MA.



Lanesboro Home Efficiency Project: Local home that is being made more energy efficient by adding 1" foam board on all exterior walls along with new R-Zip sheathing.



Keefe Barn Project: Our latest roofing project: stripping old shingles and installing new ones.



Front Porch Rebuild Project: Wells Custom Framers was hired to remove existing porch supports, stairs, trim, damaged joists and support roof overhang. Reframe damaged joists, and install blocking for porch floor decking. Install new 6x6 PT posts for porch support with a PVC “wrap” around perimeter. Install new Azek premiere handrail (white) around both sides of porch with approx 2’ Wrap on East side of porch deck. Install new Azek 5/4 steps (+/- 13” wide) with Koma risers approx length of entire front porch. Install 2 sets of Azek handrails on each side of steps with posts (all wrapped in PVC). Install new walkway Azek steps and koma risers.



Garage/Entry Renovation Project: Wells Custom Framers was hired to change the roof line of this garage and add a roof to the area between the house and garage creating a covered entry.
