Wells Custom Framers was hired to remove existing porch supports, stairs, trim, damaged joists and support roof overhang. Reframe damaged joists, and install blocking for porch floor decking. Install new 6x6 PT posts for porch support with a PVC “wrap” around perimeter. Install new Azek premiere handrail (white) around both sides of porch with approx 2’ Wrap on East side of porch deck. Install new Azek 5/4 steps (+/- 13” wide) with Koma risers approx length of entire front porch. Install 2 sets of Azek handrails on each side of steps with posts (all wrapped in PVC). Install new walkway Azek steps and koma risers.
